Petrock
Description
As one of the most basic creations of artifice, Petrocks are animated stones often crafted by apprentice artificers as an early test of skill. These charming constructs serve as ideal companions for young conjurers, being easily attainable. Many non-conjurers also keep Petrocks as pets, on account of their docile natures. Their simple faces and decorations on a Petrock are applied before animation, and move to express their feelings. Buyers may select custom designs, though some artificers showcase their artistic flair by crafting signature styles, making each Petrock a unique creation.
Combat
Petrocks are slow and durable, but have low stat totals overall. While they can engage multiple opponents in melee, they're highly vulnerable at range, especially with their low evasion stat. A Petrock's main concern is always to protect their owner, and their higher Deflection and Health stats give them the staying power for such a task.
