Camping
Scenario
Getting a good night’s sleep is difficult when you’re roughing it in the wilderness. When players are away from the comforts of civilization, they can set up a safe place to rest with a Camping Scenario to get the most out of their downtime. Players must find perform various tasks to make the campsite as comfortable as possible, increasing the amount of Stamina and Mana they can recover.

Rules
Camping takes place in Passing Time. By accomplishing different tasks, players can accumulate Rest Points to spend when they take a Rest Action to get various benefits. The campsite itself can be re-used once its built, and has a base amount of Rest Points to start from.

During a Rest Action, you may spend Rest Points to gain the following benefits.

Regain all Health for you or one of your crytures

Regain 1 Stamina for you or one of your crytures

Regain 1 Mana for you or one of your crytures

A +1 Roll Modifier on the Encounter Roll

During the Rest Action, roll 1d10 for an Encounter Roll. If it rolls below the Density of the current Biome, the party has a Random Encounter with wild crytures.

Common Actions
The following actions are specifically useful to this Scenario, and can be taken without any extra abilities or equipment.​

Build Campfire
You gather fuel and kindling from the wild and attempt to set it ablaze.
Type: Fire, Kindling, Survival
Idle Action
Roll: Intellect + Nature or Mechanics vs 10 - Density
Success: Party members get +1 Rest Point per success for their next Rest Action. Using a Cooking action with the campfire gives a +2 Roll Modifier.

Cook Meals
You prepare and combine various ingredients to make a more fulfilling meal.
Cost: X Food or Rations
Type: Cooking, Survival
Idle Action
Roll: Sense + Healing vs 5 + X
Success: You make X meals from the Food or Rations. Party members who eat a meal get +1 Rest Point per success on their next Rest Action.

Make Campsite
You construct a shelter and bedding to protect from the elements.
Type: Survival
Idle Action
Roll: Intellect + Nature or Mechanics vs 10 - Density
Success: The campsite gets +1 base Rest Points per success.
