Boosai
Description
Boosai are renowned for for the copious amounts of sap that drips from their bark-like bodies. This trait not only aids in their survival but also in forging alliances, as smaller crytures, such as Gumpillars, are irresistibly drawn to the sap's sugary allure. Boosai cleverly use their sap as both a tool and a weapon, ensnaring immobile prey or slowing larger threats while making a hasty retreat with their tiny companions. Conjurers may recognize Boosai territory by the thick trails of amber goop slathered throughout the area, a clear sign of this cryture's presence.
Combat
A boosai usually leads with ranged Gummy attacks to cripple a foe's movement. Once they've been gummed up, the pack will close in and focus attacks on one enemy at a time. When Gumpillars are with them, they might leave the ranged attacks to their friends and engage in melee from the beginning.
