Twinber
Description
When Twumps morph into Twinbers they develop a second leafy head. While this head is mostly dormant, it does come awake at night while the main head is still sleeping. This makes Twinber alert during its entire sleep cycle, so nocturnal predators have learned to leave them alone, even during rest. While awake, the second heads have been known to hum soothing tunes, presumably out of boredom, or to help their counterparts sleep more soundly. In the presence of humans or other crytures, Twinbers are more confrontational than their younger kin, and have no hesitation in attacking possible threats to their little buddies.
Combat
A Twinber’s protective instincts come to the forefront in battle. It will engage in melee immediately, using defensive buffs to draw as much attention to itself and away from its younger pack members. Once its defenses are comfortably high, it will thrash around, hitting as many enemies as possible, while any Twumps will surround the opponents and form a wall to keep them engaged in melee.
