Goobly

Description

Gooblies are often found acting as "babysitters" for a group of Glubbles while they forage for food. They sometimes leave the Glubbles at their nest and forage themselves, in which case they typically go in small groups. Gooblies don't go out of their way to confront humans and other Crytures, but if anything gets too close to the Glubbles they're babysitting, they'll move in quickly and attack.

Combat

Goobly is comfortable fighting at any range and will shift in and out of melee at will. It uses its superior mobility to outmaneuver and flank with allies whenever possible. A Goobly is also willing to cover for allies and make enemies focus on itself, relying on its high defenses to protect it from damage.

Features

Engulf I

This cryture can engulf objects and carry them inside of its own body. The objects stay inside the cryture, even while it's crystallized.

Shapeshift III

This cryture can alter its shape to mimic simple forms and squeeze into tight spaces.
This cryture can mimic complex shapes and gets a +2 roll modifier to Stealth rolls when using this feature to hide.
This cryture can shapeshift into non-magic weapons and be wielded by human characters. Attack rolls made with such a weapon use this cryture's Strength in place of the character's talent.
