Tactics
A Telepath's biggest feature is their power to deny the enemy control of the battlefield. Ego Whip is the basic Telepath power, and it gets a bonus to help the cryture land extra hits. With Psychic Screech, you can disable an enemy's opportunity attacks to let an ally slip away from an engagement, and Mind Scream can do the same on a wider scale. Last of all, Brain Blast can strike multiple enemies, possibly Stunning them in the process, and it's cost is low enough to be repeatable.

Telepath Novice - The cryture gains the Ego Whip and Psychic Screech powers.
Level 2 (150 exp)
Sniper - The cryture’s ranged attacks get +1 Range.
Level 3 (250 exp)
Telepath Adept - The cryture gains the Brain Blast power.
Level 4 (400 exp)
Caster - The cryture gets +1 Mana.
Level 5 (600 exp)
Telepath Paragon - The cryture gains the Mind Scream power.
